Abstract

This seminar explored the untapped commercial opportunities for engaging and monetising the new generation of consumers: Millennials, and their successors, Generation Z.

Sessions analysed how both traditional and emerging players in the media, marketing and retail sectors are re-thinking their business strategies to engage and monetise youth audiences - including the importance of authenticity, portability and shareability - as well as the developing framework for social influencer marketing, with ISBA's recent contract template for brands working with vloggers and other creators.
