Abstract

School nurses can play an important role in ensuring that the holistic needs of children and young people with HIV are met. This article, the second in a series of articles on HIV in children and young people, looks at the impact of HIV on cognitive impairment and provides an overview of the needs of children with HIV and learning difficulties in school.
