Moises Lopes de Souza is Lecturer in Asia Pacific Studies at the School of Language and Global Studies, University of Central Lancashire (UK). He is also co-founder of the South China Sea Think Tank and Researcher in Asia Studies at the International Relations Research Center of the University of São Paulo (NUPRI/USP-GEASIA). His research focuses on Asian maritime disputes, Cross-Strait relations, China-Latin America and Brazil's foreign policy.
