Martin Thomas Horsch

Modelling and Simulation Technology

Martin Thomas Horsch graduated with a Diplom degree in computer science from the University of Stuttgart (2006) and with a doctorate in mechanical engineering from the University of Paderborn (2010). In 2011, he was appointed as a junior professor at TU Kaiserslautern, where he obtained the habilitation degree in computational engineering (2016). In 2018, he joined UK Research and Innovation as a computational data scientist at STFC Daresbury Laboratory. From 2021 he is affiliated with UCLan as a lecturer in computer science. Fields of expertise: Applied Ontology | Computational Molecular Engineering | High Performance Computing | Process Data Technology | Research Data Management | Statistical Mechanics.
