Abstract

A consideration, from the nursing perspective, of some nurse-to-nurse communication and record keeping aspects of the Exeter Nursing Systems, against a brief background of their development and current status. An indication of the direction in which development of the systems, particularly in relation to the philosophy of the Nursing Process, hopes to proceed.
