Abstract
A critical reflection on the process of socially engaged photographic practice in collaboration with institutional partnerships. Both a toolkit and a project guide, 'As an When' reflects on the ways in which multi-sector and stakeholder projects work with and for communities groups to realise their vision. With a focus on health and wellbeing, the book details the ways in which wellbeing can be brought to the fore through process and practice rather than being overtly realised 'in' the image.
