Abstract

In this, the fourth issue of North — an annual photography publication produced by the staff and students at UCLan — we explore these some of the processes involved with image making. We discuss some of the less visible components of creative activity. We look at the role of technique, production and collaboration, and ask what does it take to maintain a creative practice in an ever-changing contemporary world?
