Abstract

Highway public consultation submissions are usually very detailed, but to the casual observer untrained in reading orthographic plans are an arcane and barely readable technical document with no views of what the highway will really look like. "Prospects" created a digital 3d model of a (currently) beautiful valley in Stockport, with montages to form a report and supplementary video submitted to Council members and protest groups.
