Abstract

Reviews the scope of directors' duties following corporate insolvency. Examines the impact of Re System Building Services Group Ltd (In Liquidation) on the assumptions surrounding such duties, and details the range of relevant obligations, highlighting the implications of reforms in the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, and the challenges surrounding the enhanced duties to creditors in the context of the coronavirus pandemic.
