Abstract

The Band of Hope Chronicle (1878-1980s) was a monthly journal for volunteer workers (known as ‘conductors’) in the Band of Hope. It contained advice, sample talks, news about the movement and provided a forum for sharing of good practice. This cover shows that, even in the ‘modern’ design of the 1980s, Joseph Livesey is still featured.
