Abstract

Migration has existed for as long as humanity has and unquestionably shapes who we are. Nonetheless, the complexity of the two concepts that concern this study, identity and mobilities, is heightened by the lack of a universal definition of migrant and the prevalent negative discourse about migrant realities. This volume intends to disentangle these complexities.
