Abstract

The University of Lancashire has been collaborating with the Cambodian Army, several landmine-cleaning-based NGOs and universities to develop new approaches and improve the pre-developed techniques for detecting and demining landmines. This technical report explores the development of a bespoke UAS to detect Landmines/IDE/UXO using remote sensing magnetometers. The techniques incorporated into the design, experimental setups, tests and results are explained using an audio file.
