Kath Houston is a Lecturer in Employability and Enterprise at the University of Central Lancashire, a career guidance practitioner and a career management author of books for schools, college and university students. Her current role involves responsibility for undergraduate and postgraduate employability education and the innovative use of all modes of learning to engage students and to enhance the learning experience and the future career destinations of graduates. Her masters level study was on the psychology of attention and she has postgraduate diplomas in career guidance and university teaching and learning. She is also a master practitioner of neuro-linguistic programming and a career management author and webwriter.
