Tracy Hill is a transdisciplinary artist and research associate at Artlab Contemporary Print Studios at University of Central Lancashire Preston, UK. Hill’s research specifically investigates the dynamic relationship between developing digital technologies and the traditions of the hand created image. Disrupted and reimagined visual data is transferred from the digital and recreated through drawing and print, making images which provide an opportunity to explore what is beyond a two - dimensional surface. Hill’s artworks seek to become a visualisation of the point where our physical and digital worlds overlap; the edge between being in the world, and how it feels to be a part of it.
