High-rise developments have grown in the past 50 years around the world. More and more these developments have appeared around the world and are becoming more and more modernised. The end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century have seen the apparition of a new type of building management making these building self-sufficient, by a total control of all services by an informatics system. These buildings called the “intelligent buildings” provide and invigorating living and working environment to the occupants, but they are also modern and sustainable. The modern technology allows the new generation of building to operate in a completely new way.
The spectre of these new types of building in the operation way, have change the view of the architect, designer and engineer. With the modernization and the issue of the global warming, a new type of construction has been introduced where the innovation of material used in the structure are more and more sustainable and environmentally friendly. These materials are natural and at the same time achieve the requirement of old material used. But the modernization doesn’t stop these, the idea also to make these building using a new kind of energy, in turn reducing the carbon emissions of the development. To use these new forms of energy (solar and wind) the integration of w technology, capable of creating enough power to run the buildings electricity and heat demands, have been created and not only to lower carbon emissions but to also ass to the design structure.
The report below has been assembling to investigate about these new sustainable technology and them use in the new generation of high-rise building. A analyse of the best way of merging these new technology on new generation of intelligent building will be conduct. To support the analyse an intense research using books, journals and interactive resource to collect the primary data, and a description of case study on a worldwide plan have been carry out.
To conclude a global observation of the report will be made, advice and direction will be proposed. A general review of the fact observes will be make and a summary of the report will be carry out.
