Abstract

This paper discusses Guangzhou Marelli Audi auto-cluster development project, which is the first time for China to development a new product. Through investigation, risks are identified, assessed, and managed. Risk management system has been discussed as well. Interview is the research method for the investigation and Analytical Hierarchy process is the method for analysis. Through this paper, hopes it can be a reference for next development project and helps to solve problems.
