Abstract

This presentation begins with the question " when globalisation meets a higher education policy in Vietnam, then what?". Two answers follow this question : first globalisation is received as a part of building new practices (in the reform solution); second it is reinvented to match with the country's socio-political context (Vietnamese styled-globalisation).
