Abstract

Through my work in the strategic research initiative for ‘developing and embedding new experiential pedagogical approaches into education’ within the University of Jyväskylä Finland, I was responsible for implementing suitable change management initiatives to support staff in the transition to experiential blended education and innovative assessment methods in experimental learning. The project ultimately won an innovative teaching award in 2015 and provided workshops toolkits and support; co-collaboratively developed with course leaders and teams to deliver on the universities strategic vision
